Vasant Panchami 2021: Celebration at Sanskruti World School
On 16th February 2021, Sanskruti World School celebrated the holy festival of “Vasant Panchami” on our School Campus (Boisar). The festival marks the beginning of the spring season. It is the 5th day of Maagh Month as per the Hindu Calendar and has great importance in Hindu Mythology. The Goddess of Knowledge and Wisdom – ‘Saraswati’, is worshipped on this day.
To mark this occasion, we arranged a special celebration assembly in the presence of our respected Trustees, Principal, Teachers and Students—the program started by lighting the lamp in front of Goddess Saraswati. Our teaching & non-teaching staff offered flowers to the Goddess.
Later, we all sang ‘Saraswati Vandana’ and asked the Goddess of Knowledge and Wisdom to bless our dear students and us with the best opportunities and learnings in life.
We were delighted to see the enthusiasm and zeal in our students for this holy celebration. Being the best CBSE School in Palghar, we understand the importance of academics and culture. Sanskruti World School’s management is always happy to conduct big and small events on our school campus. It greatly helps our students to blend well in the culture as they prepare to soar to the heights of career success. After all, An aware and learnt child becomes a happy and humble person tomorrow. They see it today, and they will take our cultural legacy to future generations.
